How to return ordered goods
Our complete Returns and Exchanges Policy can be viewed here. Please read it carefully before returning any items.
To return ship your merchandise:
- We will not accept any merchandise that is not pre-approved for return. This means you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipping label from us – we pay for the return!
- Package your item (with the hand tags still attached) protected comparably to how it was shipped to you. If possible, use the original packing material. Return all gift boxes and the packing list or a copy of the original invoice.
- For security purposes, please do not note the contents or value of the box on the outside.
- Send the merchandise only to FREY WILLE USA, Inc ., as indicated on the RMA. Merchandise will not be accepted for exchange or refund at any other FREY WILLE locations worldwide.
As soon as we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it to see if it qualifies for a refund store credit. Inspection may take up to 5 days and you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone with the results of the inspection.
We are not responsible for damage and/or loss occurring during the return shipment.
