Order Payment and Shipping
Order Status and Confirmation

When you place an order online, a pre-authorization of your credit card account will place a temporary hold of the purchase amount on your credit card account. The account will be finally charged only once a FREY WILLE USA, Inc. representative can:

  • verify the item(s) ordered is available for delivery
  • verify the credit card account is valid and meets our security requirements
  • ship the item.

Upon receipt of your order, the representative will send a confirming e-mail or fax, or contact the purchaser by telephone, if the customer chooses.
If the item(s) ordered are not available for immediate shipment, a representative will notify you of the time required to fulfill your order. The amount pre-authorized on your credit card account will be released automatically within 7 to 10 days, should you decide to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once item(s) are shipped, tracking numbers are assigned and will be given to you in a confirming e-mail. With this number, you will be able to track the status of your order, either online, if you are registered with freywilleusa.com, or by using this as a reference number when contacting customer service by phone, fax or e-mail.

Delivery
At this time, delivery is available in the 50 states in the U.S. and the District of Columbia only. To prevent fraud, we do not deliver to third parties – only directly to the purchaser/credit card holder. For this reason, the purchaser is required to sign his/her name upon delivery of the item by FedEx.
If in stock, delivery of your items can take anywhere from 2 to 8 full business days , depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. To read more about delivery times and shipping options, see Shipping.

Cancellations
Occasionally, we must cancel orders or parts of an order for various reasons. Reasons may include:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items, however it can take up to 10 days for the pre-authorized sales amount to be automatically released from your credit card account.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us in writing by e-mail, fax or post before it is shipped. Once ordered items have been picked up for delivery, an order cannot be cancelled (rather, see information about returns).

Item Availability
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as payment is approved. However, we do not represent that every item shown on this shopping site is available for immediate shipment or that we can obtain it if we are currently out of stock. We do our best to maintain sufficient inventories of all products listed, but because the product is produced in limited quantities and must be imported from Europe, stocks may become depleted at peak periods and certain items may become unavailable.
Items not in-stock in our USA warehouse may be ordered from the manufacturer and availability may be delayed from 3 to 8 weeks. You will be informed with our best estimate of delivery time. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you and you may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped to you.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. While you are shopping, the maximum quantity for each item is indicated.

Disqualified Purchasers
We reserve the right to review service to everyone.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to shop on our website without the approval of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information to us.

Payment Options
The following credit cards are accepted for payment at www.freywilleusa.com : American Express, MasterCard and Visa. At this time, we cannot accept payment by check, CODs, gift certificates or electronic gift cards.

For your security:

  • the buyer’s name you enter online must exactly match that ofn the credit card used for payment.
  • you must enter the valid CVV number (what’s this?) on the credit card
  • if the delivery address is different than the billing address of the credit card used as payment, you will be required to enter the correct zip code of the credit card’s billing address

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped, however your account will be pre-authorized for the purchase amount and the issuing bank will withhold this amount from your available credit until final processing or automatically within 7-10 days, whichever comes first.
Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order.

Sales Tax
On all merchandise delivered anywhere within California, 9.25% sales tax is added to the total amount authorized for payment upon order. As sales tax rates vary according to delivery location in California, the actual sales tax will be calculated, accordingly and the amount may be reduced when the payment is finally settled. Shipments outside California will not be charged sales or use tax , however you may be liable for local and state use tax in your delivery area. You are solely responsible for paying such tax to the appropriate tax authorities. up



Estimated vs. Final Total Charge
The amount shown online when you order is an estimate of the final transaction amount. This estimated amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card when you authorize the online order. The final amount may vary with this estimated amount due to actual sales tax or merchandise substitution (upon your request) or cancellation. However, no final settlement totaling more than the amount pre-authorized on your credit card will be made without your express approval. Any pre-authorized amount on your credit card account will automatically expire within 7-10 days, if a no final settlement is not transacted.

SHIPPING
Shipping Options and Rates
At this time, shipping is available to deliverable addresses within the 50 states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia only. We do not ship to U.S. Territories and outlying areas, such as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam, or to APOs.
We cannot ship goods purchased online to P.O. Boxes, or to any address that is not serviced by FedEx®, our exclusive shipping company.
By default, we ship with FedEx 2-Day® express service, for which we charge a flat delivery fee of $20.00 to anywhere in the 50 states of the U.S. This fee will not be charged for orders of of more than $1500.00.
You may request faster delivery (such as FedEx Standard Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight® or Saturday delivery). Depending upon when we receive your order and the availability of such expedited service to your delivery area, we will inform you of the additional charge required for such rush service .
Orders received and/or processed after 12:00 p.m. PST on business days (or anytime on weekends) will not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions
  • Items ordered together may be delivered separately.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • FedEx 2Day® delivery for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii require 2-3 additional business days for delivery. Overnight delivery is not available for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii.
  • All orders require a street address.
  • You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
  • Deliveries of goods purchased online must be accepted and signed for by the account holder of the credit card used as payment.

Sending a Gift
Gift Boxes: All items are shipped in packaging appropriate for using as a gift box. However, we do not offer additional gift wrapping or note cards, nor do we send orders to third parties.
